Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven experience supporting quote-to-cash processes, pipeline management, and forecasting operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue workflows, and operational best practices
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting methodologies and pipeline analytics preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred
