Director, US Field Education – Enablement
RxSight, Inc.
• Own the end-to-end US field education and enablement strategy for Sales and Clinical roles. • Build and lead a high-performing field education team, establishing clear standards, expectations, and accountability. • Position field education as a strategic driver of clinical excellence, commercial performance, and customer trust. • Oversee development and execution of new hire onboarding and role-based curricula. • Lead the development, optimization, and governance of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support scalable, role-based field education. • Drive consistent, high-quality execution of training programs across the US field organization. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and NPI teams to ensure aligned strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading field education, enablement, or clinical training in a regulated healthcare or medical device environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a team-oriented, hands-on, execution-focused leader.
- Experience owning or significantly influencing LMS strategy and deployment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Product teams.
- Ability to travel up to ~75% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical information.
