Role Description Baptist Health is looking for a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III- Solution Development to join their Performance Advisory Office! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY, IN, or an approved remote location that must be verified. The primary focus for this position is Pharmacy business intelligence, but other services and departments will be supported as needed. In particular, this role will focus heavily on being a specialized BI Development Partner for new Business Intelligence Applications. The Healthcare Business Analyst III plays a key role in driving operational excellence, leveraging data and insights, and advancing strategic initiatives within our healthcare organization. - Gather end-user requirements - Analyze data insights - Develop clear and insightful data visualizations (reports and/or dashboards) - Guide stakeholders through actionable insights - Facilitate streamlined improvement initiatives - Inform strategic decision-making processes Ultimately, their contributions will result in significant enhancements to patient care delivery and overall organizational effectiveness. Role Description Reporting to the Director of FP&A Consolidations, the FP&A Analyst will support enterprise-wide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational visibility initiatives across Stord. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Finance, Business Operations, and Data Science to improve financial transparency and enable real-time reporting across the organization. The Analyst will own recurring reporting and variance analysis processes while helping design and operationalize scalable reporting infrastructure within BI reporting tools. A key focus of the role will be partnering with internal Data Science and BI teams to build dashboards that allow business leaders to understand budget utilization, spend trends, forecast performance, and operational drivers in real time. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial acumen with systems thinking, analytical rigor, and a passion for making data accessible to non-finance stakeholders.
