Senior Event Marketing Manager
Boulevard Labs
• Lead the planning and execution of Boulevard’s industry tradeshow and conference program. • Treat events as a full-funnel marketing channel that drives brand awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer connection. • Build and manage the event calendar, prioritizing opportunities based on audience fit, business impact, and market presence. • Manage event execution end to end, including sourcing, contracts, vendors, logistics, booth execution, staffing, and on-site operations. • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Marketing Operations on event goals, campaigns, lead follow-up, attribution, reporting, and performance tracking. • Collaborate with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop pre- and post-event marketing campaigns. • Collaborate cross-functionally on event messaging, collateral, demos, attendee experience, and creative event activations. • Build strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, partners, customers, and prospects while serving as a key face of Boulevard in the market. • Travel regularly to support on-site execution and ensure a seamless, high-quality attendee experience. • Manage event budgets and track performance insights that help improve future programs, processes, and results.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, and/or the self-care space.
- Proven success owning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events end to end, from strategy and execution through post-event reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact across pipeline, ROI, and account engagement.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong in-person presence and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of event logistics, booth execution, and on-site operations.
- Experience managing contract negotiation, budgets, vendors, and event operations efficiently.
- Comfortable working in CRM, marketing, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment and traveling frequently (up to ~30%).

• Own the Event Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy and annual roadmap aligned to member engagement, growth, and partner value. • Lead Signature Experiences: Oversee all Lenders One events, including the annual Summit, Executive Roundtables, webinars, peer groups, and industry conference presence. • Deliver End-to-End Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of events—from concept and planning to onsite delivery and post-event insights (venue sourcing, speakers, logistics, execution). • Drive Marketing & Engagement: Build and execute event communication strategies (email, digital, social, app engagement) to maximize attendance and impact. • Enhance Member Value: Design programming that brings together banks, lenders, and credit unions for networking, education, and collaboration. • Build Sponsorship Programs: Create compelling sponsorship and partner experiences that drive value, engagement, and revenue opportunities. • Manage Budgets & Vendors: Own budgets, forecasting, and ROI while negotiating contracts with venues and vendors. • Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs (attendance, engagement, satisfaction, sponsor success) and continuously improve event strategy using data and feedback. • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Member Programs teams to align events with broader cooperative goals.
• Manage an assigned panel of 400–450 patients and conduct required monthly outreach to ensure continuity of care • Conduct 50–60 + daily outbound calls to patients, providing care plan support and health coaching aligned to their needs • Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and caregivers to identify and address clinical and social needs • Support care coordination goals by staying on schedule with monthly outreach targets • Advocate for patient needs by actively listening to concerns, investigating issues, and communicating solutions to the patient’s care circle • Document all patient interactions in real time using the care coordination platform
