• Serve as an advisor in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS • Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes • Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions • Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company • Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns • Provide support in designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness • Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction • Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.
Job Requirements
- 6+ months experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding
- Experience with HRIS
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience with hiring
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)

• Manage an assigned panel of 400–450 patients and conduct required monthly outreach to ensure continuity of care • Conduct 50–60 + daily outbound calls to patients, providing care plan support and health coaching aligned to their needs • Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and caregivers to identify and address clinical and social needs • Support care coordination goals by staying on schedule with monthly outreach targets • Advocate for patient needs by actively listening to concerns, investigating issues, and communicating solutions to the patient’s care circle • Document all patient interactions in real time using the care coordination platform
Role Description The Donor Coordinator supports fundraising, donations and stewardship efforts through donor communications, campaign administration, sponsorship support and donor data management. The Donor Coordinator works closely with the Communications Manager to administer donor campaigns, coordinate donor communications and newsletters, solicit and track in-kind donations, support fundraising events, and monitor campaign performance metrics to advance the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate is passionate about recovery, organized, and outgoing. Qualifications - Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, nonprofit administration, fundraising, marketing, business, or related field. - 1 – 3 years’ experience in donor relations, fundraising, communications, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with fundraising principles and donor stewardship best practices. - Event planning and coordination experience. - Experience in nonprofit, recovery services, public health, social services, harm reduction, or related fields preferred. - Passion for recovery, harm reduction, and trauma-informed service. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in CRM systems (e.g. Bloomerang or similar software). - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience creating photography/video content. - Must be 18 or older. - Be able to complete I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. - Be able to complete a background check (prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify an applicant). Requirements - Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend work required. - Work is typically performed in an office environment with regular use of standard office equipment.
