Requirements - Develop and negotiate pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for new and renewal business. - Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, operations, claims, loss control, marketing, regulatory, and senior leadership teams. - Implement and manage strategic pricing and rate plans to drive profitability, growth, and successful producer relations. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with producers, clients, and key stakeholders.
