Voy
• Coordinate and manage schedules for customer service agents ensuring optimal use of resources • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, appointments, absences, and staffing levels • Develop and maintain scheduling systems • Anticipate demand fluctuations and proactively adjust the schedule • Collaborate with the capacity management team • Work closely with customer service and department heads • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within scheduling systems • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline scheduling workflows
Job Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, resource planning, or workforce management is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with a WFM tool is a strong plus
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data and Excel/Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Onboard new Pay customers - handling the edge cases that sit outside the automated flow, coordinating with our payment partner, and being the first point of contact when customers have onboarding questions. • Run payment operations and compliance monitoring, reviewing flagged transactions, providing supporting documentation to facilitate payment releases, triaging cases by complexity, and collecting identity verification details from customers when payroll payments are flagged. • Own customer support for Pay resolving everything from how-to questions and payment status to open banking issues and onboarding clarifications. • Track support metrics, surface patterns to the product and ops teams, and contribute to making support more self-serve over time. • Manage Mimo's accounts payable and receivable - running payment runs, issuing customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and keeping AP/AR ledgers in good order in close collaboration with Finance.
