• Onboard new Pay customers - handling the edge cases that sit outside the automated flow, coordinating with our payment partner, and being the first point of contact when customers have onboarding questions. • Run payment operations and compliance monitoring, reviewing flagged transactions, providing supporting documentation to facilitate payment releases, triaging cases by complexity, and collecting identity verification details from customers when payroll payments are flagged. • Own customer support for Pay resolving everything from how-to questions and payment status to open banking issues and onboarding clarifications. • Track support metrics, surface patterns to the product and ops teams, and contribute to making support more self-serve over time. • Manage Mimo's accounts payable and receivable - running payment runs, issuing customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and keeping AP/AR ledgers in good order in close collaboration with Finance.
• You design, develop, and launch user-facing features end-to-end in close collaboration with product and design. • You contribute to product decisions and help define how features should work, not just how they’re implemented. • You identify UX issues, care about load times and performance, and ensure a fast, smooth experience. • You follow best practices, keep the codebase maintainable, and make thoughtful technical trade-offs. • You use tools like LLMs to move faster, explore solutions, and improve your output.
