• Own the end-to-end delivery of Martech programmes, from discovery and data mapping through to audience activation and campaign execution • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear, proactive updates on programme health, risks, and progress • Coordinate across CRM, engineering, data, and delivery teams to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution • Lead technical and commercial discussions in both Thai and English, ensuring clarity across audiences • Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and priorities across multiple workstreams • Anticipate changes, manage shifting requirements, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-moving environments • Identify and mitigate risks early, taking ownership of resolution paths and communicating impact proactively • Drive high standards of project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, steering committees, and status meetings across internal and client teams

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management within Martech, Fintech, E-commerce, or related industries
  • Native or professional fluency in Thai, with strong English communication skills
  • Strong experience managing projects across CRM, data, and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt frameworks to fit project needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams within the SEA region
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
