Sales Manager/SDR (AdTech)

Role Description As a Sales/Business Development professional in the AdTech domain, you will: - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue across mobile app marketing channels. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, networking, and industry events. - Initiate, structure, and negotiate impactful partnerships with direct advertisers and premium traffic sources. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the ad-tech space to refine our offerings. - Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, account management, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum client satisfaction. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets while delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership. Qualifications - 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile/online marketing or ad-tech industry. - Solid understanding of the app marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization. - Genuine industry connections and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and partners. - Experience managing large customer portfolios and handling full sales cycles (prospecting to closing). - Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High proficiency in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus. - Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and important client meetings.
