Role Description The Application Systems Analyst III serves as a leader with overall responsibility for software analysis and design, application and system installation and implementation. This position formulates system scope and design objectives through analysis and research to configure vendor maintained systems or develop or modify in-house systems. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients. Responsibilities - Participates in meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates. - Presents on project and operational updates as requested. - Ensures quality outcome and assesses integrated impact. - Comprehends complex instructions and is competent in assigned applications. - Performs routine system maintenance tasks as needed. - Resolves incidents and work orders according to agreed upon SLA's and assigned timelines. - Completes project tasks on time with quality outcomes. - Mentors junior analysts with issue resolution and routine build tasks. - Documents data elements, data movement, interfacing applications and shared data elements. - Develops process controls, implements security processes for supported applications. - Comprehends application integration points and master files. - Builds, tests, and troubleshoots complex application settings/features with minimal guidance. - Documents complete testing plans to validate system build. - Performs intake of information regarding potential system enhancements. - Researches and analyzes new functionality including alternative solutions and recommends options to stakeholders and governance for prioritization and approval. - Assists with all aspects of implementation lifecycle. - May have responsibilities that include duties related to project analysis and planning, small to medium project management, along with daily operational activities associated with the assigned systems, applications and projects. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Clinical Discipline or equivalency. - Three years in programming and systems analysis with proven prior experience in systems application process and workflow analysis. Preferred Qualifications - Epic Radiant certification. - SAFe Agile certification or experience working within a SAFe Agile framework. • Lead or assist in the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs. • Develop and maintain technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas,OIC etc. • Understand HR processes and requirements to provide functional expertise in aligning technology solutions with business objectives. • Design, implement, and audit Oracle HCM Security Profiles, Data Roles, and Abstract Roles. Ensure strict adherence to data privacy standards and least-privilege access models across all HCM domains. • Leverage Oracle HCM AI and Generative AI capabilities (e.g., AI-assisted recruiting, suggested skills, and automated career paths) to enhance the employee experience and predictive analytics. • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance tuning for Oracle HCM applications. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of HCM systems. • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions for end-users when necessary.

• Provide objective analysis and sound judgment with the application of principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance throughout the entire project lifecycle • Evaluate practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost • Work with Project Managers and Program Managers to collect data for reporting on project progress for both cost and schedule • Review baseline and progress schedules, time impact analysis, recommend negotiation strategies, identify opportunities for improving performance • Analyze earned value data • Develop, analyze, and assess construction cost and critical path method (CPM) schedule data • Perform pre-construction and construction cost estimates • Lead and participate in contract, financial, and schedule negotiations • Collect and analyze data for tracking actual cost • Perform risk assessments including conducting risk interviews, developing risk registers, and calculating quantitative cost and schedule risk • Develop dashboards for reporting cost and schedule performance for projects and programs • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Create processes and procedures including workflows for process improvement • Implement and administer project management information systems (PMIS) on including Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, Procure, etc.
