• Driva hur vi använder våra leadsgenererande verktyg, du ser till att vi jobbar enligt best practice och hjälper kollegor när det kör ihop sig. • Säkerställa att alla eventteam följer uppsatta processer och bästa arbetssätt. • Vara vår SPOC (single point of contact) på events på Kistamässan när det gäller verktygen. • Ha proaktiv kontakt med utställare via telefon och mejl. • Hjälpa dem att skapa och optimera sina profiler i utställarportalen (MyEasyfairs).
Job Requirements
- 1–2 års arbetslivserfarenhet, gärna inom marknadsföring, event, kundservice, support eller liknande.
- Van att jobba i olika system/verktyg och snabb på att sätta dig in i nya.
- Bekväm med telefonkontakt och att ge proffsig service.
- Bra på att strukturera ditt arbete, hålla deadlines och ha flera saker i gång samtidigt.
- Visat att du är problemlösande och gillar att förbättra arbetssätt och processer.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Role Description We're looking for a leader who builds the team and the brand, and holds the funnel accountable. • Lead field execution of strategic marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, growth, and market penetration goals across DBS. • Serve as the voice of marketing in the field, ensuring alignment between national strategy and regional needs. • Partner with sales teams to ensure effective deployment of products, programs, and educational initiatives to HCPs and patients. • Design and execute regionally tailored marketing campaigns based on local market dynamics. • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., account growth, program effectiveness, win/loss trends) and optimize strategies accordingly. • Drive patient and physician engagement programs, including partnerships with Patient Advocacy Groups. • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, top accounts, and industry stakeholders. • Lead local marketing initiatives end-to-end, including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization. • Translate data and insights into actionable strategies to improve targeting, messaging, and program ROI. • Provide competitive intelligence and field insights to inform product marketing and commercial strategy. • Support local launches and limited market releases, including reporting and performance tracking. • Engage in continuous market learning through customer visits, conferences, and research. • Ensure compliance with all FDA regulations, company policies, and quality standards. • Travel up to 50% (domestic).
• Work with the marketing team with the planning and execution of conferences, hosted events, and internal events. • Maintain the master marketing events, calendar, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and registrations. • Support event logistics coordination including registrations, collateral tracking, and vendor communication. • Assist with on-site or virtual event preparation, including presentation materials and attendee tracking. • Help with the post-event follow-up activities and performance tracking. • Help maintain marketing content systems and ensure assets remain current and organized. • Assist in maintaining a centralized marketing content library including case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, and event materials. • Support content tracking and version control across shared platforms. • Help with light copy updates and formatting for marketing materials. • Assist with content repurposing across digital channels. • Assist with timely and accurate website updates. • Help draft and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with campaign, events and thought leadership activities. • Assist with building and deploying email campaigns within Slipstreams marketing automation tool. • Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across channels including Slipstreams website.
