Role Description Draft and produce high-quality internal communications content, campaigns and events materials that support our operational objectives, storytelling and internal brand. - Execute thoughtful and measurable internal communications plans for HR strategies and programs, focused on associate engagement. - Apply strategic thinking, attention to detail and creativity with a strong focus on clarity and concise communication. - Proactively identify trends, risks, challenges and solutions to process adoption, and support in addressing them through messaging and materials. - Provide proactive, data-based recommendations to improve campaign performance. - Facilitate collaboration, support across teams/functions and project management. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Ability to write, edit and tailor engaging and visually appealing communications with strong collaboration skills. - Adept at the rapid development of content in support of organizational communications needs. - Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years in an internal communications role, ideally with experience working in a healthcare provider system or similar services organization. Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team.
