Role Description The Implementation Consultant is a Business Systems Analyst that works closely with client technical and business teams on complex engagements lasting 3-12 months or longer to deliver integrated software systems at customer engagements with financial institutions. This role is assigned on multiple engagements, works with minimal supervision and interacts with matrixed organizations, internally and externally. - Provides technical consulting to customers integrating with software. - Consults with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements. - Works with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems. - Advises customers on usage and capability of the system, and appropriate configuration of the system. - Identifies alternative solutions that address customer requirements. - Contributes to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables. - Part of technical professional services team focus on mapping. - Product called Expir that helps clients integrate into LOS (loan origination system). - Day 1 – Helping out with mapping and learn tools. - Team’s clients are banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. Qualifications - Familiar with data mapping tools (e.g., Mapforce). - Knowledge of lending, mortgage, deposit, or servicing is a strong plus. - Experience with XML, XXL, and editing tools is very helpful. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - 3+ years as a BSA and doing data mapping. - Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field. - Consulting/customer interaction experience or skills. - Familiarity with SQL/Oracle/Content Management Systems (e.g., Vasont, TFS) is nice to have.
