Role Description Are you passionate about languages, writing, and quality evaluation? We are launching an exciting language evaluation project and are looking for Greek-speaking experts to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to training AI systems to better understand, generate, and refine language by performing structured evaluation and writing tasks, all from the comfort of your home and on a flexible schedule. - Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance. - Identify issues and provide refined, high-quality rewritten responses. - Create natural prompts and responses in Greek to improve conversational datasets. - Collaborate with global teams to help improve AI language models. Requirements - Background as a teacher (preferred but not a must) or experience in teaching/writing in Greek. - Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy. - Familiarity with cultural nuances in Greek. - Comfortable with structured tasks such as: preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text. Role Description The Journalism Team Lead will contribute to ONC’s mission of providing non-partisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by leading a team of editorial interns. - Delegate tasks to interns within the department, assigning responsibilities based on their strengths and expertise. - Provide guidance and support to interns, ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance to excel in their roles. - Actively coach interns, fostering their professional development and helping them navigate their responsibilities within the department. - Option to collaborate with social media and podcast teams for engaging content. This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over Zoom and Slack, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication.
