Digital Reporter Coordinator

• Coordinate onboarding for new Digital Reporter independent contractors by tracking steps, communicating next actions, and ensuring smooth activation • Support engagement efforts: routing communications, flagging at-risk ICs, and helping execute retention touch points • Assist with QA workflows by reviewing reports, logging issues, and routing feedback per established standards • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for Digital Reporter processes, playbooks, and operational procedures • Manage routine Slack and email communication with Digital Reporter's on operational matters • Identify gaps in existing documentation and help with closing them
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm
- Organized and thorough. You complete tasks fully and document your work.
- Clear written communicator comfortable sending professional IC-facing messages
- Eager to build structure where it doesn't yet exist. This role requires initiative, not just execution.
- Experience in coordinator, operations, or community management roles
- Background in legal, deposition, or independent contractor management is a plus
