• Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams. • Master our templated and custom Statements of Work (SOW), that detail services activities, resourcing requirements, deliverables, timing and budgeted hours. • Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through Bazaarvoice’s value-proposition. • Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders. • Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team. • Effectively manage and drive a portfolio of projects from initiation to close. • Define and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and churn mitigation strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
- 2-3 years professional project management/engagement management experience, or comparable work experience.
- Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to maintain strong client focus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.
- Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter.
- SaaS implementation project management experience.
- Ability to communicate well with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, and other Web technologies.
- PMP certification.
- Background in e-commerce industry.
- Experience scoping professional services for SaaS implementations.
- Experience generating or executing SOWs.
- Experience selling or delivering Managed Services engagements.
