• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Specialists focused on Platform & Security solutions across UKI • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Platform & Security (Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Security Center, Platform, Data Cloud, etc.) • Drive revenue growth by owning the regional forecast and delivering against quarterly and annual targets • Operate in a co-prime / matrix model, partnering closely with Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive complex, multi-product deals • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects across UKI • Coach and mentor the team on strategic selling, deal qualification, and pipeline management • Collaborate with EMEA and Global leadership to align on priorities, best practices, and resource allocation • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

• Architecting, designing, and executing enterprise deployments of Microsoft 365 Identity and Device Management tools • Working directly with customer teams to drive discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment and support of Microsoft cloud and on-premises security capabilities • Providing a holistic approach that combines areas of expertise in identity & device management with threat protection, compliance, and more • Contributing to the development of new Identity and Device Management services offered by Cyclotron • Engaging with other Cyclotron and customer teams to improve processes and security posture

Role Description Reporting to the Global Head of IT Security, the Cybersecurity Lead - Product Security will act as the security architect and guardian for Celestica’s network hardware products and proprietary network operating systems. This role is distinct from enterprise IT security; you will embed security into the very fabric of the products we deliver to customers. You will lead the adoption of "Secure by Design" principles, operationalizing the standardized Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within product engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating high-level governance requirements into technical reality—ensuring our network switches, routers, and appliances are hardened against advanced persistent threats (APTs) and comply with Zero Trust principles. Qualifications - Mastery of threat modeling methodologies (STRIDE, PASTA) to identify design flaws early in the development cycle. - Expert knowledge of OS hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks, NIST) and how to apply them to custom hardware platforms. - Solid understanding of applied cryptography (PKI, TLS, AES, secure boot chains). - Ability to translate "Zero Trust" concepts into concrete product features (e.g., API security, mutual TLS). - A proactive problem-solver who can balance security requirements with product performance and time-to-market constraints. - Capable of earning the respect of hardware engineers and kernel developers through deep technical competence. - Rigorous in validating that "Secure by Design" is not just a slogan, but a documented and tested reality. Requirements - 8–10 years of experience in product security, specifically focusing on network hardware (switches, routers, gateways) or embedded systems. - Strong background in C/C++, Go, or Python, with experience developing or securing Network Operating Systems (e.g., SONiC, Linux-based embedded OS). - Deep expertise in network protocols (L2/L3, TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN) and network security technologies (Firewalls, ACLs, 802.1X). - Proven experience implementing SAST/DAST pipelines (e.g., Snyk, Coverity, Burp Suite) and managing vulnerability disclosure programs. • Perform control gap assessments to help organizations understand where gaps exist within client security programs. • Provide project management tasks to ensure assessment delivery is on time and meets the client’s needs. • Identify gaps in desired control implements and determine appropriate recommendations for clients based on identified regulatory framework and desired controls. • Review information system security controls and evaluate efficacy. • Perform detailed audit-like assessments according to cybersecurity-related frameworks. • Analyze documentation and evidence provided to verify adherence to prescribed cybersecurity-related frameworks. • Develop and review policies, procedures, and other related documentation to ensure compliance with control frameworks. • Write clear and well-structured reporting to detail observations and strategic recommendations, at an appropriate level for the intended audience. • Identify cybersecurity-related regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, NYDFS) as well as gaps in compliance, and develop strategic plans to achieve and maintain compliance. • Work closely with clients and the Soteria team to develop remediation plans to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. • Document and present findings and recommendations to clients, including C-Suite and board-level executives, in a professional manner. • Support project team with quality assurance review of deliverables. • Maintain relationships with clients post-assessment in order to assist and advise as they continue to build and improve their security. • Maintain competence in security trends, technologies, and practices through self-study and attendance of industry events. • Conduct interviews with clients and the Soteria team to evaluate a client’s IT environment and security practices. • Assess and research common business platforms and technologies to deliver recommendations for secure configurations. • Maintain integrity and confidentiality for sensitive client information.
