• We are seeking a Financial Insights & Analytics Manager whose primary focus is making financial data easier to access, understand, and act on across the organization. • Building tools, reporting infrastructure, and automated analytics capabilities that empower business leaders. • Deliver regular reporting on financial performance including KPIs, ARR, business cash flow, and revenue trends. • Enable automated variance analysis and financial commentary. • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that make it easy to track performance against plan, forecast, and prior periods. • Identify and remove friction points that prevent stakeholders from independently accessing financial data. • Develop and maintain standardized data definitions and reporting templates. • Build self-service analytics capabilities that shift the organization from ad hoc data requests to empowered, independent analysis. • Lead the development and execution of an AI enabled analytics roadmap within FP&A. • Monitor trends in financial analytics technology and translate them into practical recommendations.

• Lead analytics initiatives across Revenue Assurance, Billing, Fraud Management, and Leakage Detection • Identify revenue leakages, billing gaps, and operational inefficiencies using data insights • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and performance dashboards • Drive process optimization and automation opportunities across telecom operations • Ensure alignment with telecom regulatory, billing, and audit requirements • Provide domain consulting support for BSS/OSS, mediation, interconnect and billing systems • Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards for executive and operational reporting • Develop complex SQL queries and data models for telecom datasets • Drive end-to-end automation use cases using Python • Build scalable automation frameworks for Revenue leakage detection, Fraud analytics, Data quality monitoring • Work with senior leadership to translate business needs into analytics solutions

• Work within the Data Science team, helping to map information across a wide range of raw data to ultimately support the company's project decision-making. • Have a solid track record as a data analyst, with a minimum of 4 years in the role, especially with data governance. • Manipulate, identify, and classify large volumes of data to find patterns and generate valuable insights for decision-making. • Ability to catalog data, elicit data requirements, and handle non-functional requirements for data security and privacy. • Availability to travel for occasional in-person project meetings.

Role Description - Conduct fact-checking using trusted public sources and external tools. - Generate high-quality human evaluation data by identifying response strengths, areas for improvement, and factual inaccuracies. - Assess reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of responses. - Ensure model responses align with expected conversational behavior and system guidelines. - Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
