CRM Support Analyst, Dynamics 365 Jr/Mid-level

• Provide support and assistance to CRM users (Sales and Customer Relationship) • Log, classify, and prioritize support tickets • Diagnose and resolve low- and medium-complexity incidents • Identify root causes of recurring issues • Perform adjustments and configurations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Create and maintain simple automations (Power Automate / Business Rules) • Monitor and support troubleshooting of CRM integrations • Work on data corrections and reprocessing • Identify, classify, and address incidents of unavailability or performance degradation • Lead crisis rooms (war rooms) • Rapidly mobilize necessary teams (squads, integration, infrastructure, vendors) • Communicate status and impact to stakeholders • Support root cause analyses and prevention plans • Escalate requests that require development or involve high complexity • Ensure delivery of clear, structured diagnostics • Act as a bridge between business and technology • Create and maintain a knowledge base • Document solutions and standards • Support user training when necessary
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting corporate systems (Level 1 / Level 2)
- Experience with CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Knowledge of system configuration and parameterization
- User and permissions management
- Functional and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate (desirable), Business Rules
- Basic understanding of system integrations
- Familiarity with service management processes (ITIL is a plus)
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights / Journeys)
- Experience in incident management or war rooms
- Experience working in agile environments (squads)
- Knowledge of sales or customer relationship processes
- Experience with continuous improvement and process automation

Role Description The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for the successful delivery of Customer implementations and the ongoing management of Customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project execution, customer communication, and long-term customer success. - Partners closely with internal teams—including Implementation, Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales. - Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer goals. - Builds trusted relationships that drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. - Blends project management rigor with relationship leadership. - Ensures customers experience a seamless, coordinated delivery from onboarding through implementation and continued support. - Engages in cross-functional activities that promote seamless coordination and successful delivery of outcomes. - Ensures that what is sold is successfully delivered and that Customers feel supported throughout the process. This is a remote position based in the United States. Ideal candidates will be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, DOE. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 5 years prior project management or customer service experience in a healthcare setting, preferably behavioral health. - Experience and understanding of healthcare, health IT, behavioral health, payments, or other regulated industries. - Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or similar software. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, change management, and project oversight. - Proven ability to manage complex, multistakeholder projects. - Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills, including executive level. - Results-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. - Comfortable managing ambiguity in regulated and/or enterprise environments. - Ability to work autonomously and have confidence in own decision making. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Able to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional weekend travel required. - Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.
