Event Support Representative

Travel + Leisure Co.

• Confirm arrival dates of vacation reservations for guests. • Provide customer service to owners booked for events. • Support Event Planning and Sales teams in finalizing guest lists for Party Weekends events. • Make outbound calls to guests to confirm arrival dates. • Maintain a high level of production pace while providing excellent customer service. • Update account information and guest lists. • Process requests to cancel or reschedule dates. • Answer questions about event details such as itineraries, accommodations, and tickets. • Handle customer escalations. • Communicate updates and changes to business operations and planning teams.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED, College Degree is preferred.
  • Successful completing of onboarding training.
  • All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses.
  • Participate in coaching sessions.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends to suit business needs.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Must have the ability to be persuasive and informative with excellent problem solving and strong customer service skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have the ability to deescalate customer situations and sway decisions.
  • Must possess a positive, outgoing, professional demeanor, be self-motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently.

Job Description The Vesta Customer Service Manager (CSM) position resides in the Command Central Software Deployment and Support Services Organization within Global Services. The Vesta Customer Support Manager reports to the Command Center Software Support Services Regional Services Manager Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations : Work in collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO Support teams throughout the customer engagement. Accountable and responsible for the execution of service agreements, deployment of field resources, reduction in time to resolution, and escalation management. Exercise judgment in selection methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ensure best practices are being adhered to within the customer's environment. Deliver consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations and managing customer escalations. Facilitate life-cycle management of upgrades, technical service bulletins and system changes.
