Splitero
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wholesale Account Executives focused on broker acquisition, onboarding, and production growth • Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts and key Loan Officers across approved states • Establish performance expectations, monitor pipelines, and drive accountability across the Wholesale team to achieve and exceed sales goals • Train and educate brokers on Splitero’s Home Equity Investment product, guidelines, processes, and operational workflows • Serve as an escalation point and trusted resource for brokers, Loan Officers, and internal teams to resolve complex scenarios and deliver solutions • Partner closely with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth and compliant origination process • Analyze broker performance, pipeline conversion, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency • Develop scalable policies, procedures, reporting, and operational best practices to support channel expansion • Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new brokers and new Wholesale team members • Monitor broker engagement and production trends to proactively improve pull-through and partner retention • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, territory planning, compensation structures, and channel growth opportunities • Deliver regular business reviews and pipeline insights to Sales Leadership • Champion a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, and white-glove partner support • Act as the voice of the broker internally, advocating for improvements that enhance the partner and homeowner experience
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services sales, including leadership experience within a broker or wholesale channel
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and drive measurable production results
- Strong understanding of mortgage broker operations, loan origination processes, and relationship-based sales
- Experience building and scaling processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance, coach team members, and navigate difficult conversations effectively
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing pipelines, KPIs, and reporting
- Previous Salesforce experience required
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across departments
- Active NMLS license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Adaptability and comfort operating in a rapidly evolving startup environment
