Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a Manager, Solutions Configuration to play a key role in the technical configuration of platform requirements for Cohere’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients. Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast-paced team working directly with client-facing team members to understand and deliver key clinical configurations that are integral to helping new and existing clients meet their prior authorization automation goals. Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to assist more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most. What you’ll do: - Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, supporting execution, prioritization, and professional development - Gather and translate client technical requirements into scalable platform configurations for new implementations - Test and validate new or enhanced functionality to support custom client requirements - Define test scenarios and success criteria for platform configurations - Configure platform requirements in alignment with project timelines and client expectations - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and post-implementation - Serve as a technical SME for client-facing teams, supporting configuration questions and occasional client interactions - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve and scale internal configuration management tools What you’ll need: - 8+ years of experience in configuration management, systems implementation, or related technical roles, with 1+ year of people management experience - Experience in HealthTech or familiarity with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data preferred - Experience working with Excel, JSON-based business rules, and Jira preferred - Experience with SQL; BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred - Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments - Passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and patient outcomes - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field Pay & Perks: 💻 Fully remote opportunity with about 5% travel 🩺 Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program 📈 401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings account 🏝️ Flex Time Off + company holidays 👶 Up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave 🐶 Pet insurance  The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
