Regional Area Manager

• Maintain relationships with existing clients in the designated territory. • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; ensures client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback mechanisms. • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue in the market. • Set and achieve predetermined revenue goals. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. • Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and threats; create effective sales strategies tailored to the market needs and trends. • Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative sales techniques. • Set clear and achievable sales targets for the sales team. • Monitor progress toward sales goals and provide guidance and support to team members. • Implement motivational initiatives to boost sales team performance. • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the market. • Ensure smooth functioning of logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • A history of recent past successes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and remotely.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
