Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

• Contribute to lifecycle strategy. Help define and evolve lifecycle program frameworks across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and reactivation. Identify gaps in the customer journey and propose data-informed solutions. • Design multi-touch campaigns. Develop campaign concepts, audience strategies, and messaging approaches for nurture flows across email, in-app, and other channels. Translate business objectives into lifecycle program briefs. • Own experimentation. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, timing, sequencing, and audience targeting. Synthesize results into actionable recommendations that inform future strategy. • Leverage data for decision-making. Apply segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to identify high-leverage opportunities and friction points. Partner with Data teams to refine targeting and personalization logic. • Build and optimize campaigns. Configure automation workflows (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable) with personalization tied to behavioral and product usage signals. Continuously refine programs based on performance data. • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align lifecycle programs with broader GTM priorities and product launches. Contribute a lifecycle perspective to planning conversations. • Drive reporting and insights. Maintain performance dashboards, surface trends, and present learnings to stakeholders. Translate data into narratives that inform program direction.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or self-serve platform environment.
  • Hands-on marketing automation expertise. Demonstrated experience building campaigns end-to-end in at least one major platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or HubSpot), including journey builders, conditional logic, and dynamic content.
  • Strong segmentation skills. Ability to translate audience criteria into actionable segments using behavioral data, product usage signals, or CRM fields.
  • Analytical mindset. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to evaluate campaign performance, with a strong understanding of industry benchmarks for open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining high standards for quality assurance, timing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Effective communicator. Skilled at documenting processes, summarizing test results, and proactively keeping cross-functional partners informed.

We’re Looking For A(n): Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist Location: Remote (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA) What You’ll Be Doing: The Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing a specific product(s) with the primary goal of acquiring new customers on multiple platforms including but not limited: Meta, Google, Youtube, CTV, Taboola, Outbrain, and others. This person will be the main go to person for all things associated with this product and is involved in the entire acquisition cycle. This role works cross functionally with all departments and will lead team meetings with the creative teams. This role will also be responsible for A/B testing on landing pages, funnel creation & optimizations to drive performance on the front-end. - Manage and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily basis in order to hit strict KPI goals. - Collaborate with multiple departments to drive marketing projects from idea to completion and then through testing/optimization. - Lead creative meetings to analyze ad results while also coming up with new ideas for testing. - Regularly ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for ad creatives (video and display) and landing pages. - Create online sales funnels in Salesforce CRM through record creation and management and keep funnels up to date with new wins. - Maintain active relationships with network representatives to be at the forefront of upcoming changes, trends, tactics, and tools in order to effectively navigate our campaigns through these updates. - Regularly analyze and provide improvements for the customer experience throughout the sales funnel from day one acquisition. - Perform audits of web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place. - Collaborate with our internal affiliate team and/or directly with the affiliate and agency partners who advertise for us and make sure that our strict KPIs are met.
