Role Description We are seeking PMO Analysts / Coordinators to support a large-scale transformation and implementation program within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role will support program coordination, governance, reporting, stakeholder management, implementation tracking, and vendor coordination to help ensure successful program delivery. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role - Support integrated program coordination activities across multiple workstreams - Assist with governance processes, status reporting, and executive updates - Maintain and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) - Monitor implementation progress and support reporting and tracking activities - Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders and vendors - Support integrated scheduling, milestone tracking, and dependency management - Maintain project documentation, reporting artifacts, and governance materials - Assist with communication and coordination between program leadership, business teams, vendors, and external stakeholders - Contribute to future workstreams related to cybersecurity, systems integration, and organizational change management (OCM) Qualifications - Experience supporting PMO, program management, transformation, or implementation initiatives - Experience with governance reporting, implementation tracking, and RAID management - Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination capabilities - Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments - Experience within infrastructure, public-sector, regulated-industry, and/or energy-sector environments is considered an asset - Familiarity with transformation delivery, systems implementation, or organizational change initiatives is beneficial - Knowledge of project management tools and reporting methodologies is preferred - Atlantic Canada experience or local stakeholder familiarity is considered an asset Requirements - Always improving your skills and knowledge: you want to be the best at what you do - Curious and creative; comfortable taking on new problems and challenges - A self-starter with the ability to recommend priorities to the project leader - Comfortable working through problems and figuring things out with minimal supervision - Great problem-solving skills: thorough and reliable - Able to work in a team: share knowledge and assist other team members - A good communicator: able to explain your ideas and recommendations - Well organized and dependable under pressure: you manage your time effectively - Energized by our company values!
