Job Description

Recruiting Systems & Analytics Manager

Flock Safety

• Own the configuration, integrity, and optimization of our ATS (Ashby) and broader recruiting tech stack. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that give recruiting leadership and company leadership real signal on pipeline health, hiring velocity, quality of hire, and funnel performance. • Build internal tools and workflow automations that make the recruiting team faster and smarter. • Identify operational gaps, design scalable solutions, and own them through to execution. • Own recruiting compliance operations including audit readiness, and data accuracy across systems. • Partner with recruiting coordinators, People Ops, and recruiting leadership to ensure seamless handoffs from offer through onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in a technical operations, systems, or analytics role — ideally in a high-growth tech environment
  • Hands-on experience owning or administering an ATS or comparable SaaS platform, including configuration, data integrity, and user management
  • Strong data skills: you can build a dashboard from scratch, write a clean formula, and tell a story with numbers (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools)
  • Demonstrated experience building system integrations using APIs and webhooks — you understand how data moves between platforms and can own that work end to end, including scoping requirements with engineering or SRE teams
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools — prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, or internal tooling (low-code or coded); you've shipped something real that other people actually use, and you're excited about what's next
  • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently without a lot of direction
  • Sharp attention to detail and a low tolerance for systems that don't work the way they should
  • Strong cross-functional communication — you can translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements back into technical solutions.

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO: We offer non-accrual PTO, plus 11 company holidays.
  • Fully-paid health benefits plan for employees: including Medical, Dental, and Vision and an HSA match.
  • Family Leave: All employees receive 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. Birthing parents are eligible for an additional 6-8 weeks of physical recovery time.
  • Fertility & Family Benefits: We have partnered with Maven, a complete digital health benefit for starting and raising a family. Flock will provide a $50,000-lifetime maximum benefit related to eligible adoption, surrogacy, or fertility expenses.
  • Spring Health: Spring Health offers a variety of mental health benefits, including therapy, coaching, medication management, and digital tools, all tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Caregiver Support: We have partnered with Cariloop to provide our employees with caregiver support.
  • Carta Tax Advisor: Employees receive 1:1 sessions with Equity Tax Advisors who can address individual grants, model tax scenarios, and answer general questions.
  • ERGs: We want all employees to thrive and feel like they belong at Flock. We offer four ERGs today - Women of Flock, Flock Proud, LEOs and Melanin Motion. If you are interested in talking to a representative from one of these, please let your recruiter know.
  • WFH Stipend: $150 per month to cover the costs of working from home.
  • Productivity Stipend: $300 per year to use on Audible, Calm, Masterclass, Duolingo and so much more.
  • Home Office Stipend: A one-time $750 to help you create your dream office.
