Role Description AMDEX is seeking an experienced Data Engineer & Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position serves as a hybrid data engineer and data analyst, responsible for design, configuration, integration, and operational support of enterprise analytics systems. This role focuses on implementing secure, scalable data pipelines and structured data assets across multiple platforms, including Palantir Foundry, Azure data services, Databricks, and SQL Server environments. The position emphasizes production-grade data engineering, database optimization, and analytics platform enablement, while maintaining the capability to support applied analytics workflows when required. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key success metrics. • Analyze customer and prospect behavior, product usage, and retention data to drive company strategy. • Partner with GTM and Product teams to create and implement initiatives that enhance onboarding, engagement, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Finance to build models and forecasts that inform strategic decisions. • Plan, manage, and deploy customer and/or prospect territories. • Effectively communicate data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. • Design and implement process improvements to drive scalability.

• Embed yourself in assigned business function to deeply understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities • Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action • Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks • Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency • Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder action • Train business partners on self-service analytics tools and metrics definitions • Create documentation and resources that enable stakeholders to answer basic questions independently • Serve as the data expert for your business area, ensuring consistent interpretation of metric

• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across our network, advising on best practices and ensuring the strategies align with risk management goals. • Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers, derive insights and optimize fraud management strategies • Report on fraud trends and loss drivers to cross functional partners and senior management • Quickly respond to fraud rings and ensure issues raised by other teams are addressed in a timely manner • Work together with our operations team to help limit losses and ensure optimal review volumes • Assist with evaluation and development of new external or internal features/signals to improve our fraud detection capabilities • Assist with team planning and goal setting as well as coaching and mentorship of more junior team members
