Role Description Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The Air Force, Space & Intel Business Group (AFSI) of SAIC is seeking a ServiceNow ABM Data Specialist to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA. This position is remote with limited travel. Performs data analytics, reporting, testing, and quality assurance activities in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Acquisition Budget Management (ABM) Tool within the ServiceNow platform. Supports transformative efforts to improve IT resource planning, operational visibility, workflow optimization, and enterprise reporting capabilities within the DCSA OCIO environment in accordance with DoD and DCSA policies, procedures, and data standards. As part of an Agile DevSecOps Scrum team, the ABM Data Specialist: - Develops dashboards - Validates reporting accuracy - Performs data analysis - Supports testing efforts - Assists with quality assurance activities for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations This role supports the design, validation, testing, and maintenance of: - ServiceNow reporting capabilities - Platform Analytics dashboards - Operational metrics - Automated reporting solutions The specialist also contributes to: - Defect identification - Root cause analysis - Data integrity validation - Process optimization initiatives Ensures compliance with organizational governance and security standards and supports continuous improvement efforts by evaluating emerging analytics, reporting, and testing methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance stakeholder visibility into system and operational performance. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Develop customized reports and data visualizations tailored to stakeholder and business requirements. - Analyze operational metrics, SLA performance, incident trends, sprint metrics, and system usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Utilize ServiceNow reporting tools, Platform Analytics, and external data sources to extract, transform, validate, and present data effectively. - Conduct data quality audits and validation activities to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency across environments. - Support testing efforts for ServiceNow enhancements, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and reporting solutions. - Participate in bug hunts, defect validation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities related to ServiceNow applications and data processes. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by validating business requirements, executing test scenarios, documenting issues, and coordinating defect resolution efforts. - Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and reporting validation test cases to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. - Document, track, and communicate defects, reporting discrepancies, and data issues with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and project managers to review requirements, refine user stories, and validate acceptance criteria. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessions. - Assist with maintaining reporting standards documentation, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and operational procedures. - Develop automation solutions for recurring reporting, data validation, and quality assurance processes where applicable. - Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security standards, and operational policies. - Research and recommend emerging analytics, reporting, testing, and automation tools to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Role Description Texas Oncology is looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team! This position will support the Dallas Sammons location and is a Remote position. Typical hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm. This position can be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on experience. The Data Coordinator is responsible for the collection, coordination, processing, and quality control of clinical trial data, maintaining research protocol and other research files as applicable. Works with clinical staff to meet data entry timelines and communicate any concerns about the data. Works in compliance with US Oncology Research (USOR) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities - Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for all patient visits and ensure timely data submission in accordance with USOR SOPs. - Responsible for resolving queries, communicating concerns or questions about data to clinical staff and/or research management. - Utilizes USOR clinical trial management system to access research forms and keep current all applicable patient reporting and tracking functions including but not limited to subject CRF Binders/Folders. - Maintains research records in a confidential manner according to practice policies, sponsor confidentiality agreements, HIPAA guidelines, and any other applicable regulations. - Actively participates in sponsor monitoring and auditing visits, ensuring that all data and queries are entered and resolved in accordance with USOR and sponsor requirements. - Assist with ordering and maintaining research supplies. - Assist with scheduling patient follow-up appointments and/or procedures required to maintain protocol compliance. - Assist with collecting and processing of specimens, imaging documents, and other items required for research purposes. Qualifications - Level 1: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree strongly desired; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 0-3 Years work experience; Some medical office experience required; preferably oncology. - Level 2 (in addition to level 1 requirements): Minimum 3 years medical office experience (preferably oncology); Minimum 3 years as Data Coordinator required; SoCRA or ACRP cert. preferred. - Level Sr (in addition to level 1 and 2 requirements): Medical terminology required; Minimum 7 years as a Data Coordinator required. - Business Experience: Experience in Microsoft Office; Experience with computer data entry and database management; Experience in clinical research desired; High computer literacy required. - Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent multi-tasking skills; High attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and make decisions; Knowledgeable of medical terminology.
