• Reviews architectural prints and technical drawings to identify required data points (dimensions, room areas, quantities, notes, and callouts). • Enters extracted data into Excel workbooks and standardized templates with accuracy and consistency. • Ensures data is captured using the correct units of measure and required formatting standards. • Performs routine validation and self-audits to confirm entries match source documents. • Identifies discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting details and escalates for resolution. • Maintains organized documentation and version control for spreadsheets and supporting files. • Communicates status updates and completion tracking to the reporting manager as requested. • Maintains confidentiality and follows company data handling and documentation requirements.

• Must convey professional communication with physician offices at all times both orally and written. • Understand the requirements for inbound image documents, including how the documents should be organized/attached in pharmacy management systems. • Execute the required steps based upon inbound document type and program requirements for creating patient profiles and/or new referrals. • When required, maintain answering of main pharmacy line and transfer inbound callers to correct extension based upon reported drug/program. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Responsible for proper communication and documentation of clarification requests and follow up, including documenting progress in Pathpoint Rx/ScriptMed. • Answers and resolves internal inquiries within committed timeframes. • Responsible for making outbound calls to physician offices to request prescription refills and/or to request updates on pending prescription clarification requests. • Receives written prescription clarifications or refill requests and must verify that information is complete and accurate. • Complies with all appropriates policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. • Understands the physical, psychological and social challenges of specific disease states and assists the patient and Pharmacy Care Coordinators with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues.

• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers. • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database. • Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any discrepancies. • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate and update reports as required. • Willingness to make phone calls to providers to ensure accuracy for provider.

Role Description This role blends data engineering, financial analysis, and business analytics. You will maintain critical data pipelines, manage large datasets, lead recurring revenue forecasting, and support cross-functional teams through dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Primary Responsibilities: - Revenue Forecasting & Analytics - Lead recurring revenue forecasting across all Enterprise Imaging business units for hundreds of customers - Analyze attrition, maintenance compression, and client level impacts - Validate SAP revenue data and perform Actuals vs. Forecast variance analysis - Assess and escalate revenue risks; support EOL forecasting - Incorporate special revenue recognition rules into forecast models - Data Flow & Quality Management - Monitor data from Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, and internal systems - Reconcile multiple risk sources (Qualtrics, Salesforce, email) - Track labor hour data and identify inconsistencies impacting forecasts - Ensure alignment and integrity across all forecasting related systems - Data Engineering & ETL - Build and maintain SQL jobs, ETL processes, and large scale data pipelines - Support and troubleshoot Python scripts for automation and data processing - Improve data structures, transformations, and quality (duplicates, nulls, outliers) - Analytics & Visualization - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards; support migration from Spotfire - Deliver dashboards and reports end to end, including data modeling - Handle ad hoc requests: dashboards, data mining, reporting, executive summaries - Business Partnering - Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Revenue Accounting, Contracts, and Operations - Document data logic, sources, and metric definitions - Present insights and explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications - Advanced SQL; enterprise level dashboarding experience - Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and large datasets - Experience with visual analytics (PowerBI dashboards development and maintenance) - Intermediate Excel skills (experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, INDEX, and Power Query) - Experience with financial analysis and business metrics: forecasting, variance, risk assessment - Python for ETL/automation (pandas preferred) - ETL pipeline creation and maintenance - Proven ability to diagnose system discrepancies, treat and reconcile data - Proven ability to manage competing deadlines - Proven curiosity, attention to detail, and strong documentation habits - Proven good communication and comfortable presenting to small groups (~10 people) Preferred Qualifications - Revenue recognition or financial modeling experience - API integration experience - Proven R or additional analytics tools; healthcare/finance/tech industry exposure - Proven predictive modeling, regression, or basic machine learning Requirements - *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy Benefits - The salary range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $171,900 annually.
