Job Description

Data Entry Analyst

Xanitos, Inc.

• Reviews architectural prints and technical drawings to identify required data points (dimensions, room areas, quantities, notes, and callouts). • Enters extracted data into Excel workbooks and standardized templates with accuracy and consistency. • Ensures data is captured using the correct units of measure and required formatting standards. • Performs routine validation and self-audits to confirm entries match source documents. • Identifies discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting details and escalates for resolution. • Maintains organized documentation and version control for spreadsheets and supporting files. • Communicates status updates and completion tracking to the reporting manager as requested. • Maintains confidentiality and follows company data handling and documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support where accuracy is critical.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural prints with reasonable accuracy.
  • Reasonable Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up on pending issues.
  • Ability to work independently.

Role Description This role blends data engineering, financial analysis, and business analytics. You will maintain critical data pipelines, manage large datasets, lead recurring revenue forecasting, and support cross-functional teams through dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
