• Design, build, and maintain large-scale Python-based scraping systems targeting highly protected websites (including Google-like environments). • Architect resilient extraction systems capable of handling dynamic, JavaScript-heavy pages using browser automation and hybrid approaches. • Continuously adapt systems to frequent changes in page structures, request flows, and anti-bot mechanisms. • Build robust, production-grade data extraction pipelines with strong emphasis on accuracy, observability, and fault tolerance. • Implement advanced strategies such as proxy rotation, fingerprinting, session management, and request routing to ensure stability at scale. • Monitor system health, proactively detect anomalies, and debug complex production failures across distributed systems. • Optimise scraping infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability at scale. • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure scraped data is structured, validated, and trusted. • Operate and improve systems running continuously in cloud environments. • Document system architecture, scraping logic, and operational procedures for long-term maintainability. • Contribute to improving resilience, automation, and adaptability in adversarial environments.

• Respond to level two issues and escalations from the Network Operations Center or service desk • Focus on M365 Security as the main focal point • Work with Senior members of the managed services practice to provide support for managed client portfolio • Resolve or escalate issues reported or identified in an M365 tenant • Conduct proactive performance assessments of clients' M365 environments

• Serve as the technical resource contact for the DI sales team in the pre-sale development of opportunity scope, costing, and application while meeting client design intent. • Remain involved with project post-sale as a system technical resource as part of the project management team. • Assigned to DI turn-key, equipment-only and one-off specialty project assignments. • Focus on accurate and effective Project Development Engineering support resulting in well-defined and awarded projects.

• Lead a multi-functional team through the development of new products from concept, manufacturing implementation, and commercial launch. • Has responsibility for execution of the project plan and driving decisions to deliver the project on time, within budget, and within scope. • Responsible for oversight of the product and tooling design, which includes leading ideation sessions, conducting competitive analysis, documenting design requirements, DFMEA, and leading design reviews to ultimately gain team alignment. • Coordinate the Technical Development Plan that outlines all the details necessary for the Product Line Manager to respond to an RFQ or create a Business Case, including all cost inputs, capital equipment costs, and evaluation of the technologies required for the development and manufacturing. • Lead technical communication with both internal and external stakeholders. • Responsible for reporting deviations on time, cost, and deliverable project components to senior management as project progresses. • Responsible for adherence to Amcor, industry, and/or regulatory procedures as well as Management of Change, Stage Gate, and ISO processes. • Work closely with Quality personnel to establish critical to quality metrics and to ensure process capability is validated for those metrics.
