Full Stack Engineer

Role Description We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team, building and maintaining a cloud-based case management system for a major federal financial regulatory agency. - Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using Java on the backend and React on the frontend. - Build and optimize integrations with external datasets and downstream enterprise systems. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub on AWS. - Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code aligned with DevSecOps practices. - Ensure all interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility standards. - Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver consistent, reliable improvements. - Support system reliability, performance, and security within an AWS cloud environment. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Java for backend development. - Hands-on experience with React for frontend development. - Experience working in AWS environments including services such as Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. - Understanding of federal security compliance frameworks including FISMA and NIST 800-53 is a plus. - Experience integrating with enterprise data systems or APIs is a plus. - Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team. - Communicates clearly and openly, whether in a code review or a cross-team planning session. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
