• Conduct user interviews, run research, and analyze Support feedback to identify pain points and needs. • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for value. • Prioritize backlog items (bugs, improvements, features) using prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW, etc.). • Write User Stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications. • Clarify questions from Engineering and Design, remove blockers, and validate deliveries. • Collaborate with the Design/UX team to develop wireframes and ensure a high-quality user experience. • Communicate the roadmap, progress updates, and product vision to leadership and internal stakeholders. • Coordinate go-to-market launches of new features with Marketing and Sales teams. • Negotiate for resources and say “No” to requests that do not align with the product strategy. • Train and provide information on new features to Sales and Support teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Digital Product Management, Product, or related roles.
  • Strong experience applying and practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of a key feature or a product with defined scope.
  • Proficiency in using prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, MoSCoW, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis skills, KPI definition, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to support decisions.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed User Stories, requirements, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Knowledge and experience conducting user research and usability testing to ensure product-market fit.
  • Clear understanding of the company’s business model and how the product generates value and revenue.
  • Solid understanding of the software development process, basic architecture, and technical constraints to communicate effectively with Engineering.
  • Proficiency using project management and roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira).
