Role Description As a Product Owner Intern – Web & Mobile Support Portal at Keysight Technologies, you will support the product team in delivering innovative customer support experiences through web and mobile applications. Responsibilities may include: - Assisting with defining product requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting feature prioritization for the Keysight Support Portal. - Supporting backlog management activities. - Collaborating with stakeholders including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, support teams, and business users to gather feedback and improve customer experiences. - Participating in Agile Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives. - Assisting with testing activities and validating acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality feature delivery. - Supporting web and mobile experience enhancements with a customer-first mindset. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Interest in Product Management, digital customer experiences, or enterprise web/mobile applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies or coursework/projects involving Agile concepts is a plus. - Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Interest in UI/UX design principles and customer-centric product development. - Curiosity about AI-driven customer support technologies and digital experiences. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
