Account Executive
VSP Vision Care
• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects • Exercise a broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniques • Develop creative sales strategy to contact prospects • Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with customers • Represent eyewear line of business to customer base in all sales-oriented activities • Collaborate with various VSP departments to ensure service levels and expectations are met • Utilize sales automation system to make inquiries, maintain records and prepare reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of sales experience
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record meeting sales/revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly adaptable, positive, resilient, patient risk-taker
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to prioritize
- Must travel more than 50% of the time
- Clean driving record
- Ability to achieve and maintain any applicable agent licensing requirements
