Role Description Girl Guides of Canada is seeking a Customer Care Centre Representatives (Contract until June 2027). This is a remote work position. Must reside in Canada (Shifts from 12PM-8PM EST, Monday to Friday). Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, the Customer Care Centre Representative will be part of a Canada wide, customer facing team for our organization. If your passion is providing great customer service and you have a knack for navigating people through online registrations and general processes, this could be the job for you! The Customer Care Centre Representative will: - Process a high volume of phone calls, chats and emails every day. - Become an expert on our programs, resources, processes, and deadlines to provide timely responses to a full range of questions from the public, parents, and members. - Create a strong partnership with our Unit Guiders by providing them with timely and accurate administrative support. - Apply organizational policies regarding inclusivity to content, member communication and customer service.
