• You’ll be a core builder, helping take the product from 0→1. • Design and build full-stack systems from scratch, owning features end-to-end from idea to production. • Operate as an AI-native engineer, using tools like Copilot, Gemini, Cursor, Claude and agent-based workflows as a core part of development. • Rethink traditional development workflows using AI, including debugging, testing, documentation, and code generation. • Rapidly prototype and ship features, turning ambiguous ideas into working product in hours or days. • Design and implement core product systems, including APIs, authentication, onboarding, and payment flows. • Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities, identifying where agents, automation, or LLM-powered features can create leverage in both the product and internal workflows. • Establish modern engineering practices from day one, optimized for speed, iteration, and maintainability in an AI-augmented development environment. • Collaborate in a high-ownership, low-structure startup environment, where you’re expected to take initiative, challenge assumptions, and move fast without waiting for perfect specs.

• Architect and sustain self-healing pipelines using Astronomer/Airflow to ensure 24/7 data availability • Design and optimize event-driven API ingestion frameworks leveraging AWS Lambda and DLT (Data Load Tool) • Manage high-performance modeling within AWS Redshift, utilizing DBT to transform raw transactional data into high-fidelity business intelligence • Implement advanced monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch) that predicts failures • Lead the ingestion of complex, third-party data streams (Ad-tech, CRM, and high-volume Sales systems) into a unified, scalable source of truth

• Design and implement backend services that ingest, normalize, and persist high-volume telemetry using event-driven and MQTT-based pipelines. • Implement secure authentication and bi-directional communication for commands and diagnostics, designed for intermittent connectivity. • Integrate edge AI outputs (range prediction, health monitoring) into cloud services and surface them explainably in a Fleet Portal UI. • Architect robust MQTT communication protocols for data exchange between the eAPU and various external devices/cloud services. • Act as the technical "right-hand" to the leadership team, making pragmatic trade-offs between speed, reliability, and simplicity.

• Coordinate across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success, keeping all stakeholders aligned and accountable. • Drive projects forward with urgency and discipline, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. • Provide proactive, transparent updates — good or bad — with weekly client updates and regular internal reporting. • Log daily updates in Enertiv’s project management software to ensure full visibility and eliminate surprises. • Operate with full transparency, using systems and tools to create leverage, scale faster, and raise standards. • Always look for ways to do more with less by streamlining workflows, standardizing processes, and introducing efficiencies. • Direct and hold installation partners accountable to Enertiv’s quality, consistency, and safety standards. • Enforce QA and commissioning checklists, ensuring every deployment meets high standards of accuracy and reliability.
