The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cheers CRM, campaign execution, workflow optimization, and Cadence support in a fast-paced environment. - Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows - Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM - Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities - Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams - Assist with testing, configuration, and end-user support Qualifications - Experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst - Prior implementation experience with Epic Cheers or Tapestry CRM - Hands-on campaign management experience in Cheers CRM - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Role Description As a Yardi Database Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth-stage businesses and leadership teams by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting solutions.
