Construction Project Manager
The Team Architects
• Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics • Manage multiple concurrent commercial projects in different phases • Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and subcontractors • Travel to active job sites approximately 50% of the time
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive timelines
- Background in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-volume construction environments
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Experience with project management software (Procore preferred)
