• Establishes and manages project plans across schedule, cost, scope, and quality • Understands logical dependencies, identifies critical path, communicates and escalates key tasks to team members • Proactively identifies variances to plan and develops appropriate mitigation plans • Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan • Identifies, solicits, and documents specific project risk at initiation • Communicates risks throughout the project lifecycle, including gaining project stakeholder agreement • Engages extended group of stakeholders in communications • Records and monitors project actual and forecasted cost against the project budget • Seeks new skills to improve project deliverables and outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- 7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including 7 or more years managing projects
- Knowledge of Agile recommended
- Related certification preferred
- Waterfall and or Agile methodology, values, and procedures
- Leading Large Enterprise level Complex IT projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Relevant business software (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Clarity, MS Project)
