Job Requirements
- 2 years+ Experience in fintech or financial services (trading platforms, SaaS, or related industries) required.
- Background in B2B marketing or working with B2B-focused brands a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptualisation and execution across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion, and brand positioning.
- Experience creating and managing templates, design systems, or structured workflows.
- Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI integrations and tools).
- Comfort working inside a regulated, compliance-heavy environment.
- Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals including audience, conversion and brand consistency.
