Engineering Field Specialist
CLEAResult
• Conduct on-site evaluations and engineering analysis of commercial and industrial energy systems to assess demand response potential and overall performance • Collect, validate, and analyze field data, including load profiles, equipment performance, and operational characteristics • Apply engineering principles to develop, calculate, and verify baselines, load reductions, and curtailment strategies • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve program outcomes and customer participation • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, account managers, and internal engineering teams, providing guidance, training, and support • Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues using analytical, data-driven approaches while ensuring accuracy and integrity of program data
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering, field engineering, or technical energy program delivery
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree and background in energy engineering, mechanical/electrical systems, or related field strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with energy calculations, load analysis, or demand response/energy efficiency programs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel throughout the territory
- 21+ with a clean valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle to travel through defined territory

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Integrations team! Our team powers the systems that move massive amounts of data in and out of the MNTN platform. We are a small but fierce tiger team that moves fast, but has done things right since day one, and we aim to keep it that way. Our core stack: - Golang - Postgres - Kubernetes - GCP (PubSub, Bigtable, BigQuery, and more) What you’ll do: - Work closely with the rest of the team to evolve the Integrations platform to handle trillions of tuples across hundreds of different integrations. - Own the design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and optimization of integration connectors. - Work closely with both technical and non-technical cross-team stakeholders to get our data streams where they’ll have the biggest impact on the entire business. - Find creative, scalable, and durable solutions to tough data synchronization challenges spanning across our systems and our partners'. - Join our on-call and other rotations that share the load equally among the team.
