Sales Development Representative, SDR

• Guide prospects through their journey • Conduct 30–50 initial conversations with warm leads • Qualify leads and schedule 15–20 consultation appointments per week • Listen actively and ask the right questions • Hand over to the closer when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Some experience in telephone customer contact, sales, or a consultative role
- Genuine interest in people and their needs
- Ability to work in a structured and reliable manner
- Fluent German
- Ideally some CRM experience, preferably HubSpot
- Background from commercial training, a degree, or as a career changer
