Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales development, or outbound business development roles
- Experience prospecting for B2B technology services, software development firms, staffing, consulting, or nearshore/offshore companies
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with US-based prospects on a daily basis
- Experience running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar sales engagement/CRM platforms
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Ability to identify qualified opportunities and conduct first discovery conversations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
