• Designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agent systems** • Building working prototypes and production-ready AI automations** • Selecting and implementing best-in-class AI models and frameworks** • Architecting multi-agent workflows** • Integrating AI into CRM and business systems** • Supporting the creation of modular AI solutions for repeatable deployment

• Create Amazon lifestyle and product images (listing images, A+ content, editor) using AI tools and workflows with the provided guidelines • Support the production of listing visuals for new launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns • Use and adapt existing templates and mockups to speed up production • Apply brand overlays, design polish, and custom elements to maintain Cimpress brand standards • Assist with prompt writing and prompt refinement to improve AI output quality over time • Support additional creative needs such as Videos, Brand Store and advertising banners • Collaborate with the Channel and Operations team to organize design files, templates, and prompt libraries for easy reuse

• Migrate and test existing bulk flashcard creation prompts in an updated AI environment with newer GPT models - and plan future migrations as OpenAI retires older models • Run test suites and manually review AI outputs for quality and correctness (fine-tune prompts) • Analyze real user data to identify failure patterns and inform prompt improvements • Streamline testing and evaluation workflows to make QA faster and more repeatable • Monitor production quality post-launch and detect regressions as underlying models shift • Build and maintain model evaluation datasets from real user inputs across all AI features • Write new test cases for edge cases, multilingual content, and messy real-world inputs • Document prompt changes, test results, and lessons learned • Work with the Content Team to apply flashcard authoring quality standards
