• Analyzing, evaluating, and documenting application/system functions, settings, configurations, and supporting business processes • Gathering key requirements from stakeholders and producing useful reports and analysis • Facilitating meetings and presenting reports, analysis, or findings • Documenting and effectively communicating the technical migration approach for various systems/applications • Documenting, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures • Validating that solutions meet business needs and requirements • Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and participating in user acceptance testing • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation • Training of system owners or end users on new business processes

• Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for corporate applications • Elicit, document and analyze functional and business requirements • Support business areas in using the systems • Map and optimize organizational processes • Support initiatives related to Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) • Work on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) processes • Support audit activities and risk management • Prepare functional documentation and operational procedures • Perform queries and analysis in SQL Server databases • Interact with technical teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements • Other routine tasks within the area.

• Apoiar a PO na condução do módulo da Reforma Tributária dentro do IDT. • Levantar, detalhar e documentar requisitos de sistema, transformando necessidades de negócio em especificações claras para o time de desenvolvimento. • Criar prototipações e representar fluxos, jornadas e funcionalidades. • Realizar o mapeamento das informações do TAX ONE (ou sistemas correlatos) para definição dos requisitos do novo módulo. • Atuar em parceria com desenvolvedores, QA e demais áreas do produto. • Participar de cerimônias e rituais ágeis, garantindo alinhamento entre negócio e tecnologia.

• Support Performance Measurement Framework: Contribute to the design and maintenance of IT performance measurement processes aligned with ITIL best practices and the Target Operating Model. • Reporting Automation & Data Integrity: Support the evolution of manual reporting into automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Continuous Improvement Support: Participate in performance reviews and help identify gaps or trends that may indicate opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Reporting: Work with IT operations, service owners, and other stakeholders to ensure performance data meets operational and reporting needs. • Adoption of Best Practices & Innovation: Stay informed on emerging tools and trends in IT performance management and support their evaluation or adoption where relevant. • Decision-making & Signatory Rights: The role operates with autonomy in defined areas such as dashboard creation and routine data analysis.
