Digital and AI Performance Management Analyst

• Support Performance Measurement Framework: Contribute to the design and maintenance of IT performance measurement processes aligned with ITIL best practices and the Target Operating Model. • Reporting Automation & Data Integrity: Support the evolution of manual reporting into automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Continuous Improvement Support: Participate in performance reviews and help identify gaps or trends that may indicate opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Reporting: Work with IT operations, service owners, and other stakeholders to ensure performance data meets operational and reporting needs. • Adoption of Best Practices & Innovation: Stay informed on emerging tools and trends in IT performance management and support their evaluation or adoption where relevant. • Decision-making & Signatory Rights: The role operates with autonomy in defined areas such as dashboard creation and routine data analysis.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT performance reporting, KPI management, or business intelligence in an IT or digital environment
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles, KPI frameworks, and basic continuous improvement concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred (v3 or v4); additional ITSM training is a plus
- Training or certification in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) desirable.
