• Own the end-to-end sales cycle (outreach → demo → closing) • Work primarily with inbound leads (~80%), complemented by targeted outbound and networking • Develop accounts strategically with account planning, relationship building, and upselling • Manage pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal stages in Pipedrive • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product, sharing market feedback to improve positioning and roadmap • Represent the company at events, webinars, and in direct exchanges with education stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years in a quota carrying sales role in software/SaaS
- Proven closing track record and consistent target achievement
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex topics simply and persuasively
- Account-based mindset and long-term relationship approach
- Structured, independent working style with clear ownership of pipeline
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Desirable (but not required): Experience in EdTech or public-sector sales (B2G)
- Experience selling to mid-market or public institutions
- Startup/scale-up experience
- Network in the education sector

Role Description As the Account Executive, you are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high growth, fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. You are responsible for developing and closing new businesses and expanding our footprint in the provider space by selling Release of Information Services within an assigned geographic territory or vertical. You are accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, prospecting, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Provider Solutions. - Execute a sales strategy to identify new business prospective partners that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. - Engage with Decision Makers through compelling conversations, demonstrate value of a partnership, and provide a pathway to mutual success for our clients. - Effectively manage time to achieve quarterly metrics to drive successful quota attainment. - Ability to execute on scaled email sequences and cold calling to generate pipeline. - Become a product expert and display sharp business acumen to lead conversations around our solutions and differentiation. - Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations ranging from independent medical groups to Enterprise accounts. - Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure documentation is up to date and accurate in the company’s CRM (Hubspot). Qualifications - Min 5+ years as a top performer in a quota carrying role, in the healthcare provider space. - Strong communication skills which include phone presence, excellent writing skills and internal/external communication leaving a favorable impression. - Demonstrated ability to be coachable and eagerness to learn and grow. - Adaptable with a capacity to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. - Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confident, curious, self-aware and focused on self-development.
