As the Group continues to scale, we are establishing a permanent procurement function to support commercial performance, supplier governance and operational consistency across the business.****We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to support a major transformation programme, consolidating multiple accountancy firms into a centralised Microsoft Azure environment.****This role will play a key part in migrating diverse legacy infrastructures (including on-premises and existing cloud estates) into a unified, secure, and scalable Azure platform. The contractor will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.****

• Managing client relationships • Supervising, reviewing, and providing on-the-job training for staff • Performing all tasks of the assurance engagements when needed • Leading client engagements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness of audit engagements • Delivering quality internal and external client service • Focusing on solutions and problem solving creatively to assist team members in achieving department goals

• Manage all employee devices (Mac and Windows) across the organization • Oversee device lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning) in partnership with our PEO provider • Administer and optimize our existing MDM solution provided through our PEO • Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across the organization • Ensure consistent device standards, security configurations, and compliance across all endpoints • Monitor IT vendor and software spend, track billing for IT services, and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization • Own system access across all tools and platforms • Design and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes for IT and system access • Ensure least-privilege access and proper role-based permissions • Monitor and manage access to API keys, credentials, and sensitive integrations, including auditing usage and enforcing secure practices • Lead company-wide cybersecurity initiatives and training programs • Implement and manage security tools (e.g., endpoint protection, MFA, SSO) • Identify risks and proactively strengthen our security posture • Establish safeguards and governance around the company’s use of AI tools and platforms to ensure secure, responsible, and compliant usage • Partner with teams to evaluate emerging AI workflows, tools, and automations for security, privacy, and operational risk • Own and administer our Google Workspace environment (user management, security settings, configurations) • Evaluate, implement, and manage additional IT systems and tools as we scale • Own vendor relationships for IT-related services (including our PEO for device/MDM) • Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective • Establish and maintain data backup and recovery processes • Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans • Build and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures from scratch • Ensure alignment with security best practices and any relevant compliance requirements • Create clear documentation for systems, processes, and internal use

• Responsible for the end-to-end administration of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network, cloud) • Support and further development of our Apple-centric environment (macOS, iOS), including Mobile Device Management (e.g., Jamf) • Management and optimization of our cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace) • Management and coordination of external IT service providers and software vendors • Act as the interface between IT and business departments — translating requirements into solutions • Strategic hardware and software procurement, including budget planning • Promote digital skills across the company through training and consulting • Proactive advisory on new tools, AI applications, and modern ways of working
