Strategic Account Manager, RFID & Digital Solutions
Avery Dennison
• Analyze RFID adoption and usage across sites, SKUs, and applications to identify expansion opportunities. • Lead customers through the transition from limited deployments to enterprise-scale programs. • Develop data-backed recommendations that position RFID as a value-driving business solution. • Track sales performance, deployment metrics (read rates, exception rates), and customer ROI indicators. • Identify and mitigate churn risks or stalled deployments through proactive data monitoring. • Build dashboards and reporting tools to support account prioritization and opportunity sizing. • Equip Sales and Account Managers with customer-specific insights for executive-level reviews. • Support value-based selling by quantifying operational, inventory, and loss-prevention benefits. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to align commercial insights with technical roadmaps.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in RFID, SaaS, IoT, or complex B2B technology-enabled solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP).
- Proven ability to influence both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
